WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE FIT OUT

Working on behalf of QA Workspace, Pankow provided a full project management service for Decco Ltd, Decco are a leading product distribution company, who operate through fifteen strategic locations around the United Kingdom, Decco were vacating a dated distribution facility in Chesham and taking possession of a new purpose built Distribution Centre in Aylesbury, the new building provided Decco with opportunity to fit out the warehouse and office to a well defined specification.

The Warehouse fit out included, pallet racking, multi level  fire protected mezzanine floors, small pick long span shelving and a host of warehouse accessories, such as anti collapse mesh, rack end protectors and mobile safety steps etc.

The Office fit out included, a mezzanine floor extension to provide additional office accommodation, fire protected partitions, internal space division partitions, suspended ceiling, decorations, carpets and a full Mechanical and Electrical installation.

Working with QA Workspace who had expertly produced a full design and specification, Pankow was tasked with delivering the project from start to successful completion. Which included detailing project programmes, Health and safety, and sub contractor management.

Pankow provided accurate reporting of up to date financials and programme through the course of the project, hosting weekly client and progress meetings. Ensuring that communication with Decco was clear and concise throughout.
