OFFICE DESIGN, FIT OUT AND FURNITURE PROJECT

Specialist chose to work with Pankow for a complete office design and fit out for their new office space in Clifton, Bristol. They are a leading marketing content communications company. They had outgrown their old office space and wanted to improve their working environment by creating a bright fresh new space where they could improve collaboration within the team. The project included a complete design of the office allowing for their growing staff numbers and a full fit out of the office space.

Specialist were looking for a company who they could comfortably work with. Especially a company who could listen to their brief, digest and understand how specialist wanted to work in the future. It was important for them that their office fit out company would seamlessly integrate complete office design and fit out. Our design team worked with Specialist to understand where the business was heading, generating a space plan to ensure that staff number were achieved in the new space. As Specialist have an abundance of creative talent within their organisation it was important to ensure that our design team worked with Specialist in a collaborative manner to ensure that the new office space was right for Specialist.

Once the design and costs were agreed Pankow were given full responsibility for the office fit out works. Ensuring that communication with Specialist during the process was maintained, making the whole process simple and straightforward. As the design was developed very closely with Specialist the end result reflects the freshness of their brand which we know Specialist appreciated along with many visiting Specialist clients and colleagues.
