OFFICE DESIGN, FIT OUT & FURNITURE PROJECT

Powerhouse Fitness chose to work with Pankow for a complete office design and fit out for their new office space in Glasgow, Powerhouse Fitness are Europe’s number 1 Fitness equipment retailer. Powerhouse were vacating their old office and purchased a brand new two storey office building in Rutherglen. As part of the relocation Powerhouse wanted to improve the way they worked. The project included a complete design and fit out of the new space from base build.

Powerhouse were looking for an organisation who were capable of designing a fresh look for their new offices, considering carefully how the teams functioned and collaborated, the old Powerhouse offices were cellular and did not promote collaboration, Pankow were instrumental in working with Powerhouse to design a layout which considered this. As the new office space was high quality with a modern look and feel the office fit out needed to reflect this, all finishes were carefully considered and chosen.

Space Planning & Design was provided by Studio Speck with over arching management by Pankow, Generation of detailed specifications, tender pack and a full tender review process was completed by Pankow, After contractor instruction, Pankow project managed from start to completion. Communication throughout the project was key to ensure that Powerhouse knew exactly where they were from a programme, cost and risk perspective. Because Powerhouse are a Fitness company Pankow assisting in design and building a fully functional gym which can be used as a photo studio for products or by Powerhouse Colleagues. The new office space reflects the Powerhouse brand values and promotes a collaborative working approach, we know that all colleagues are happy in their new office.
